These are the prices we actually quote, not a starting point that moves once we arrive. If your job is not listed, send a photo and we will price it before we book.

- All tools, drill bits and fixings for standard Dubai block and drywall
- Anti-tip wall anchoring on every wardrobe, bookcase and tall drawer unit
- Doors, drawers and sliding tracks adjusted until they sit level and close cleanly
- Flat-pack cardboard, plastic and offcuts taken away
- Floor protection and a clean site at the end
- 90-day workmanship warranty — if something loosens, we return free
Not included
- Collecting the furniture from IKEA Festival City, Jebel Ali or Yas Mall (quoted separately)
- Missing or damaged IKEA parts — we can collect replacements for a fee
- Electrical work, plumbing connections or gas hobs on kitchen jobs
- Wall repairs where previous fixings have blown out the plaster
- Building move-in permits or deposits, which the landlord or tenant arranges

WhatsApp us a picture of the boxes or the IKEA order confirmation. That is enough to price it.
Get a fixed price
You get a written price and a time slot back, normally within ten minutes during working hours.
We arrive and build
Fitters come with their own tools, protect the floor and build in the room you want it in.
Cleared and checked
Doors adjusted, wardrobes anchored, cardboard removed. You only pay once you have checked it.
Common IKEA assembly problems we fix
Half our assembly calls in Dubai are rescue jobs on furniture somebody already started.
- PAX wardrobe doors that will not line up or rub at the bottom
- Sliding wardrobe doors coming off the track or jamming halfway
- A bed frame that creaks or rocks because the slats were fitted the wrong way round
- Drawers that stick, drop or will not sit flush after the runners were forced
- A half-built flat-pack abandoned mid-job with parts left over
- Wardrobes leaning forward with no anti-tip anchor — the most common safety issue we see
- Kitchen cabinet doors hung crooked, with uneven gaps along the run
- Stripped cam locks and screw holes in chipboard that will no longer hold
- Bookcases that will not stand square on an uneven villa floor
- Furniture that needs dismantling and rebuilding for a move to a new apartment
Where we work in Dubai
Our fitters cover the whole of Dubai, from the tower communities along Sheikh Zayed Road to the villa neighbourhoods inland. Marina, JLT, JVC, Business Bay, Downtown, Al Barsha, Discovery Gardens, Silicon Oasis, Mirdif, Deira and the Palm are all same-day where a slot is free, and we hold tower access cards for most major buildings so security is not a delay.
