What’s included, and what isn’t

- All tools, drill bits and fixings for Dubai block, concrete and drywall
- Anti-tip wall anchoring on every wardrobe, bookcase and tall drawer unit
- Doors, drawers and sliding tracks adjusted until they close cleanly
- Cardboard, plastic and offcuts taken away when we leave
- Floor protection and a swept, clean site
- 90-day workmanship warranty — if it loosens, we come back free
Not included
- Collecting furniture from the store or a courier depot (quoted separately)
- Missing or damaged manufacturer parts — we can collect replacements for a fee
- Electrical, plumbing or gas connections on kitchen jobs
- Repairing walls where old fixings have blown out the plaster
- Building move-in permits and deposits, which the tenant or landlord arranges

WhatsApp a picture of the boxes or the order confirmation. That is enough for us to price it.
Get a fixed price
A written price and a time slot come back, normally within ten minutes in working hours.
We arrive and build
Fitters bring their own tools, protect the floor and build in the room you want it in.
Cleared and checked
Doors adjusted, tall units anchored, packaging removed. You pay once you have checked it.
Assembly problems we get called out to fix
A large share of our assembly work in Dubai is finishing or correcting furniture somebody else started.

Our fitters cover the whole city, from the tower communities along Sheikh Zayed Road to the inland villa neighbourhoods. Marina, JLT, JVC, Business Bay, Downtown, Al Barsha, Discovery Gardens, Silicon Oasis, Mirdif, Deira and the Palm are same-day wherever a slot is free, and we hold access cards for most major towers so building security does not hold the job up.
